We interact with paper constantly; reading the
morning news, receiving a receipt from the
purchase of lunch, reading a book in the evening,
wrapping a gift, opening a card, cleaning a counter
top, writing in a journal, getting a cup of coffee.
Paper is so ubiquitous and intertwined with our
lives, and especially for artists, this material can be
a core component of the creative process, no
matter what the discipline. This exhibit explores
the divine qualities of paper in the hands of local
artists who consciously employ this material in
daring, creative, thoughtful, and elegant ways,
revealing the many sides of paper. Join us for the
